This is getting me through Inferno very well. Used knock back lashing tail to separate elite mobs and it works well. Use lashing tail every 3-4 attacks w/ primary.
Drawback to this build... Sacrificed the Res Passive so you need High Res All gear and relatively high DPS (12500+). But the Healing Mantra w/ +20% to Res will help. The buffs help out a lot for DPS also.
